Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines before submitting your paper.

Submission Guidelines:
  • Before submitting the paper, the presenting author shall ensure that all co-authors are aware of the paper contents and agree to its submission.
  • Full paper must be submitted online via the official WE-BREW website.
  • Only the individual identified as the presenting author will receive email notifications regarding the submission and all communications thereafter.

Note: The email used for the individual indicated as the presenting author during the full paper submission process must also be the same email used for the presenter during their registration process.

  • By submitting the full paper, the author agrees that it may be published in any format that the WE-BREW Organizing Committee deems appropriate, including but not limited to digital publications on the website and printed publications for onsite participants.
  • Please do not submit multiple copies of the same paper.

 Full Paper File Guidelines:

  1. Papers must be original and make a contribution to the literature.
  2. The full paper must be in English and should not exceed 6000 words.
  3. The full paper must include: the title; names and affiliation/institution of authors; abstract and key words; and main text of the paper.
  4. The main text should follow the IMRaDC (Introduction, Methods, Results, [and] Discussion, Conclusions and Recommendations) format.
  5. Citations and references should be made in accordance with the:
    • APA Style Manual and Guide to Scholarly Publishing (7th edition) – for Education and Agriculture
    • IEEE format – for Engineering
  6. Papers must be formatted as a word document (MS Word .doc or .docx), double-spaced (with single-spacing used for block quotations), using Times New Roman 12-point font. Margins should be 2.54 cm or 1 inch from all sides.
  7. The first line of each paragraph should be indented by 1.27 cm or 0.5 inch. Block quotations should be indented 2.54 cm or 1 inch from both the right and left margins.
  8. All illustrations, figures, and tables can be included only if it is necessary. They should appear within the body of the paper rather than at the end.
  9. Before submitting your paper, please ensure that the English used is clear, concise and coherent.
 
 

Presentation Material Submission Guidelines: 

  1. Presentation materials will be submitted upon registration.
  2. For onsite participants, please prepare and submit your slide presentation using the Powerpoint template below.
  3. For virtual participants, please prepare and submit your pre-recorded video presentation (maximum of 15 minutes; .mp4 or .avi file format) using the same Powerpoint template. Please double-check clarity and audibility prior to submission.

Paper Submission Process:

  1. Paper Submission – Submit your paper(s) online through this link:
  1. Email Confirmation – After submission, you will receive an email confirmation that your submission has been received. Please contact us if you have not received confirmation that your paper has been submitted.                                                                                                                                        
  2. Committee Review – The WE-BREW Screening Committee will review the submitted paper according to the set guidelines and evaluation criteria.
  1. Result Notification – You will receive an email notification regarding the results of the review starting August 2026.
